A SIMPLE SELF-HEALING PRACTICE

A couple weeks ago I shared a video on Reiki. In today’s video I share a self-healing practice that you can begin to integrate into your daily routine to help bring you a greater sense of vitality and wellbeing.

This self-healing practice not only promotes good health but is also easy to learn. It can be practiced first thing in the morning to jumpstart your day, mid-day to help you re-charge your battery, or at night to help you power down and relax into a peaceful, restful sleep.

Ready to experience the benefits of this practice first hand? Roll out your Yoga mat, grab your meditation pillow, or find a comfy seat in a chair with your feet planted on the ground; press play, sit back and enjoy!
