Alana M. Foy is a certified Reiki Teacher with master level training based on Usui/Tibetan systems, a holistic life coach, and writer residing in New York City. She is a kind, compassionate, intuitive- committed to helping men and women achieve a greater sense of vitality and well being.
Alana often integrates Reiki and/or meditation into all of her coaching sessions/workshops and highly recommends yoga as a complimentary means to create harmony and balance between the mind, body, and Spirit.
Along with a thriving Reiki/coaching practice in the heart of Manhattan, Alana facilitates workshops teaching women simple practices designed to embrace their feminine energy and harness their creative power to actualize good health, happiness, joy, and abundance in their lives.

What you will discover is that I am a gratitude girl who leads with my heart- a risk taker who’s not afraid to LIVE & dwell in the space of uncertainty & possibility.
